It is possibly the worst hotel experience we have ever had.
First, we had to find the concierge in the other end of the hotel, inside the kitchen, to be able to check-in after we had been standing at the desk for 10 minutes patiently waiting.
We had ordered a child bed, and it was in the room - the issue was that the mattress was an adult top-mattress that you had to fold to make it fit the child bed. We were travelling with a baby, so there was room enough, but no origami skills would have been able to fold it to cover the whole bed, meaning your 3-4 year old kid would have either head or feet sticking out of the bed.
The radiators in the room did not work - it was chilly when we came and wanted to warm up the room a bit, but to no avail.
Sound travels in these rooms - you can hear everything that's going on in the hall way. We were just next to the outer door, and it required immense force to close this shut properly. This meant that the drunk wedding guests that were swarming the hotel left it slamming merciless in the wind and I had to get up 4 times one night to be able to make us able to sleep.
If that wasn't enough, the bed was squeaking like nothing I've ever heard before. My wife couldn't get out of bed without waking our baby - it was really that bad. It was elevation beds, which was nice, but mine couldn't lay down flat, so you had to sleep in some awkward positions.
The last straw was the cleaning of the hotel room. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves, but there was dust everywhere, mold in the grouts, water damage in the ceiling, disgusting soap rack.
Breakfast was decent, if you still had appetite after dodging pools of vomit from the wedding the night before on your way there to the buffetresponse / report this review -
