Located at the heart of the city, this square is one of the loveliest as well as liveliest places you could visit in Copenhagen. It is currently affected by the construction of a nearby metro station, which is scheduled to continue until 2018, so not much is to be seen there, but few steps you got the canal tour.
5th (or was it 6th?) town hall of Copenhagen. Several free walking tours start here. We went on one by Sandeman led by Allen who was wonderful. Great way to get your bearings in the city, learn about the history, and get some tips from a local.
I enjoyed a walk from here to the Copenhagen street food. There is quite a good few photo opportunity from here.
Was a really nice square but currently undertaking refurbishment so most of it is closed to the public
A beautiful building with a very detailed and intricate architecture. Every small detail like the heart shaped handle in the front door is stunning..!!
