I ordered all my furnitures from there and my experience was awfull!
The system is really confuse.
I changed my order once and then they could not find the last version of the contract!
So many times I received so many different wrong order list and now, I can not prove that I paid all the amount and so I can not have my dinning chairs!!!

Relatively big ILVA, however, comparable to size of the one in Lyngby. A bit far away fron the city, but lots of furniture shops of other brands at the same location.

I paid for a "Sækkestol" on 23 December!! It was supposed to be delivered week 5 and week 8 (in two parts, believe it or not). Yesterday I called since I did not receive anything and had to call twice because the ladies in the customer service department 1. Without informing me the reason she only said she was transferring me to the sales department where they never answered and I had to call again. 2. the second lady who answered treated me as if I was stupid since I could not understand their paper where it actually said that one part of it was going to be delivered on week 8 and the other on week 5. She offered to call me back to let me know about the new delivery day of both and until now she has not done it. ZERO customer service mentality!!

We bought a sofa and a set of sofa tables from Ilva on 31st Octber, till now nothing was delivered. We wrote to them but they answered they have the products in stock but when we asked why is it then they simply stopped answering our emails nor phone calls. This is simply unacceptable.
