  Never again.
  
  We bought a dinning table, a sofa, a bed and 4 chairs for our new apartment. The purchase was done on the 31July 2017, initially it was agreed that the delivery would be between 15September and 01October. Not only was this a lie, but we never got informed of the changes in schedule. When we finally got out bed in the second week of October, two of thee legs were defective and had to be changed.
  
  Now we are here on the 19th of October and we get the dinning table delivered, but without the chairs! Which are coming on the earliest 1st or 2nd week of December. The sofa is expected, too, around that time. Moreover, every time something is ready to be delivered one has to call them to make them deliver it, they do not deliver it automatically until the whole order is ready!
  
  All we got in compensation was a 10% discount and no delivery fees.
  
  This people are liars and they have a terrible business model. I recommend you stay away from them, such bad service has not been seen in any part of the world.

  Customer service is some of the worse I have ever experienced and while their items are very nice there is nothing nice about getting a brand new item home to discover it to be damaged and missing parts only to have to argue with their terrible customer support for weeks on end.
  
  Unfortunately I am only allowed to go 1/5 stars while in reality I think they deserve closer to 1/10 or 0/10. If you see something you like go to Ilva instead as they are basically the same store however what ide møbler lacks in quality control and built quality Ilva most certainly does not.
  
  For better quality items, customer support and quality control you are better off going to Ikea

  Fairly rude service, didn't have any stock of the item in display that I wanted and tried to direct me to a department far away even though their nearest department had what I needed (which I had to find out myself by calling their customer service)
