Hotellet har samme standard som et motel. Blev indlogeret i et trist kælderrum med mørkebrune gulvtæpper.

Intet er tilsyneladende blevet moderniseret siden 1960'erne.

Værelserne er i meget dårlig stand (slidt), manglende rengøring, venligt personale, rimelige priser, maden er ikke noget at skrive hjem om, vi fik det store kolde julebord, det blev næsten taget af bordet inden det var kommet på, maden stod fremme på bordet lige under 2 timer og på den tid skulle ca. 250 - 300 personer nå at spise, ikke meget tid.
Ikke et sted jeg får lyst til at besøge igen.

Bad experience from start to end. Having booked, payed and received a confirmation for a room for four persons (two double rooms with a connecting door between) we got to know upon arrival that the rooms was not available. We could instead get two separate double rooms which we would have to pay extra for. I insisted that it could not be right and had to argue for a while before the receptionist gave up and referred to another person that I would have to argue with the day after. This is not a proper way to handle guests. If the room that we had book and payed for online turned out to be not available upon arrival we should have be upgraded automatically with no further charge, as far as I know that is the standard routine in most hotels/car rental companies etc.

A few words about the hotel, this place is actually not worthy being called a hotel. The place is a reminiscence from the -70'ies when most of the rooms seems to have been built. It felt like nothing had been changed or renovated since those days. Furthermore the fitness room was completely empty. The pool table had no balls. In our room the hairdryer was out of order. The electrical contacts fell apart. The tap could hardly be opened for lime and the water pressure was very low. There were no fridge in the room. No telephone to call the reception. The only positive thing there is to say is that the room at least was clean.

There are plenty of very cosy and nice danish "kroer" (hotels) with lots of charm and cosines. This is definitely not such a place. I would not recommend this place to anyone. This place could actually become a very nice place if they focused on the main kro-building (for example focusing on maximum 10 rooms plus a high end restaurant) and abandoned the rest of the barrack buildings with rooms from the 70'ies.

The breakfast buffet had what seemed like home baked very good bread and buns. Unfortunately the marmalades and butter were served in small and boring plastic containers. Some home made jam made of local strawberries and fruits would have lifted the buffet a lot.
