  Our family comprising a party of seven booked into this facility as a venue to spend Shabbat in advance of a cruise that we took from Copenhagen.
  Do not be disillusioned - this is not a multi-star hotel facility.
  What it however lacks in facilities (rooms are very small !!) is more than compensated for by:
  - qualilty and quantity of food - the only kosher residential facility of this type in Scandanavia
  - hospitality - the staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome
  - proximity to the Minyan Hornbaek - 300 metres
  - tranquility - life is almost in reverse
  - quaint location - great beach and harbour within walking distance but also close enough to Copenhagen
  
  After having stayed at the Villa Strand one is left with the impression that the facility is not economically viable for the owners (I hope I am wrong in saying this !!) but rather is provided as a service to the Jewish traveller exploring Denmark and as such it should be supported
