Couldn't fault this place at all. Stayed here for a few months and the staff were always friendly, helpful and no question/request seemed to big for them. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who's visiting Aalborg. I will be going back again for sure.

The rooms facing the church doesn't have good sound proof. I could hear people from next door talking and also noise from the road. The rooms facing the park are much better.

The hotel is very loud. The door to the room provided no sound insulation whatsoever. I woke up 3 times during the night because of noise from the hallway and I'm usually not sensitive. Nice view though and good breakfast buffet
