The hotel is just ok and nothing more. The entire hotel is stuck in the 80's. Just look at the reception. There is a strange smell in the dining area. The ping pong table and pool table needs to be fixed. We stayed in the family apartment and we were a little disappointed. The apartment was full of spiders and webs. The water from the sink and shower smelled like the sewer. The shower hadn't been cleaned properly. There was a empty box of ice cream in the fridge. The apartment had a smell of fungus. The beds were nice and soft though. And we were able to rent bikes in the reception which was nice. I don't recommend this hotel

Haben dort nur zu abend gesgessen aber schöne aussicht auf das meer nette bedienung und guter service. Zu den Zimmern kann ich daher aber keine aussage treffen.

I can honestly say I had the worst meal ever at Balka Strand hotel last night. People from all over Europe were at the dinner it was embarassing. If Bornholm is going to be know as the gourmet Island the management needs to do something about the chef as soon as possible. There was no water on the table we ask for water we were told we had to buy kildevand at 30 kr for a small bottle. such service is deplorable. A very unsatisfied customer.Judith Gibson
