It's like a spa hotel so toiletries are very nice. Smells great and conditioner provided. However, no bathrobes or slippers in room. Wi-Fi doesn't work well. No room service which is a big minus. TV was mounted in an awkward position in the room I was in. Cannot be viewed from the bed. Probably because of small rooms and awkward layout as it's an old building.

Eco friendly, centrally located, beautifully decorated, super friendly staff, clean, cozy, very comfortable beds, delicious food, relaxing soaker tubs, lovely bath products. Absolutely would return & zero complaints.

It has a cosy atmosphere and lots of organic stuff. The only thing that let's the bar/restaurant down is there is only one ladies' toilet.

We loved this hotel. We stayed on the top floor the room was very spacious and well appointed. The staff were really playful and fun. This was a great find and a quick walk to Nyhaven.

Review is for the brassiere of the hotel: Food came very late due to some mistake on their side so they didn't charge me at all!! That's another reason I strongly recommend this organic restaurant place!! On top, great service and very tasty dishes!! Will definitely come back 😊

I LOVED my stay here!! Amazing interior design and friendly staff! Only concern is that due to the building being old, whenever anyone on your floor closes the door you will hear/feel it.

I didn't stay for the night. But the service was great. I asked to if I could see the sky spa despite it being closed.. and they made me a special card to see. And the organic theme is brilliant!

Nice location (very central), clean and the staff is friendly. The restaurant is great even before considering that everything is organic. It feels like for the price more things could be included, though. Renting bikes is extra, breakfast is extra, spa is extra. I'm fine with a pay-only-if-you-need-it policy, but the base price should be accordingly low.

Got a suite top floor. A suite gives you a small sit down area with a full length couch and chair but enough. Great place. Decor style and quality never ceases to interest. Laid back. Well located for the mermaid which is what copenhagen is about. We went three times. She always looked the same. Must get stiff posing like that.
