Not really a 4 star value. The room was small, the wardrobe looked like it will fall over, the room had no safe, fridge, nor tea/coffee making machine (i.e., water boiling kettle). The noise isolation is bad you can clearly hear people in other rooms. So no value for money hotel at all. But the staff is polite and helpfull.

Well situated,2 mins from Tivoli gardens,room was clean but very basic in our room the B\S mixer was not working correctly and the wall mounted T.V was not adjustable so the viewing angle due to the room layout meant you could not see the TV very well.
There were no tea making facilities in the room which was a bit of an annoyance.
The breakfast was very good with a great range of different foods to suit all tastes.response / report this review -

The breakfast was delicious and the service was good. But 2 BIG problem I had was that I discovered I had a bed bug bite on my hand and discovered some of them on my bed. Also, the bathroom in my room had a very unpleasant smell. Hopefully this problem will be eliminated the next time I decide to stay at the hotel.

For a 3 Start, for the price and for the location, all was really great.
Extremely happy with: Staff, Breakfast, and bike rental process.
It is better to rent the bikes there for 24h as you have them safe, and were comfortable and reliable. Bike prices were similar to others.response / report this review -

Nothing special about this hotel. If you're looking for location, then this is a good place. It's old, dated, smells, loud outside and the rooms are tiny. The photos on Expedia and the website, do not represent what you're really getting. Would not recommend. Plus parking is $24 a person and $44 a night; the costs add up quickly, but this place really has nothing special to offer in return.
We left early for Germany, Sweden and Czech Republic, where we got way more for our money and we dreaded having to return here.response / report this review -

Very nice hotel with friendly employees. If you want some decent Italian food, there is a nice restaurant connected to the hotel.

Small room, 3 not 4 start, but fantastic location just by the central station and breakfast is included and had a large variety of cold and cooked meats. Would go again!

Fantastic location, good soft bed. The shower was great.
The hotel is definitely very old, and it shows in some aspects like older style rooms and creaking floors (my room had a slope to the floor). Some of the light switches were damaged/did not work properly.
I also noticed the room smelt like smoke when I arrived, someone else mentioned this was a musty mildew smell, I opened the window.response / report this review -

I can't believe this is a 4-star hotel. The rooms are small, very, very dated and have a strong smell of humidity, almost as if someone was smoking there. The whole 1st floor smelled like that. On a positive note, the staff is helpful and friendly. Good breakfast options
