The Fjord Cruise was really nice, but because of the rain, we couldn't fully enjoy the Fjords from the upper area of the ferry and stayed most of the time inside it. It's possible to buy snacks, hot drinks and waffles on the board for quite reasonable prices.

The staff from Fjord line were very welcoming and friendly, they were amazing!! so for them I would give 10 stars, but I'm giving just one because if you're walking from the train station with a heavy backpack, you'd hate it. Bad signs, bad pedestrian walk path, altough Denmark is considered a safe country, i thought they should give a bit more security around. I saw two guys, not looking friendly, walking around, even the drivers waiting at the gate were a bit worried they would do something. But thank God everything went fine, but I'm definitely disappointed with the conditions offered to get here if you're walking.

This was a great trip. A little roley polely but the service was amazing from our wait staff. This is the second trip we have made to Hirtshals with Fjord Line and our service from Andy was absolutely fantastic as,was the food in the restaurant on both occasions. Well done and thank you.

Nothing out of the ordinary, actually exactly what you would expect from a ferry/cruise ship. The food is expenisve and you have to pay for the onboard wifi.
(Nitpicking: I would've appreciated to change money from Euros to norwegian crowns)

Comfortable, freindly and helpful staff, great when the sea is calm. if the weather is bad the fjordcat can be a bit rough. But the crew does everything they can to help

Can't say enough good things about Fjord line. They gave us a free upgrade to a deluxe cabin from air seats for our overnight ferry. We paid 42 euros TOTAL for two people with eurail pass. Very nice modern and clean accommodations.

One thing to note is that finding this place is a real pain in the rear. We were on foot from the train and got very lost. In the last 6-8 months they moved the location. Tip: Follow the signs for Fjord line -- it should take you North down Willemoesvej then you go RIGHT at the very end (not left!!) the road eventually curves back around to the left towards the ferry. Note that you cannot cut corners here due to fences/ private property. They recently built up the spit of land and no maps or satellite imagery currently reflect the correct road layout in this area. A nice local gave us a lift after we had walked 2 km in the wrong direction.

Get to the South and West of Norway from Denmark fast and the price is actually fairly reasonable. You can either sit upstairs if you booked VIP or booked the buffet on board (You'll have to order that in advance though) or just buy some snacks from the on-board kiosk and sit downstairs. It's pretty much the same.

Fast and brings you quickly to denmark. Mostly cheaper then colour line. But the duty free shop is tiny.

Very friendly and uplooking service and employees! Great to travel with! Book the breakfast in the upclass venue - it´s very, comfortable and the food at the buffet is always fresh and rich on dishes. VERY recommendable!
