Great location, near to Jelling (Viking museum) and Safari zoo 20mins away. Legoland (2day pass recommended, available at reception) is 45mins by car. Site has everything we needed, and has free cooking gas rings and hot water in the kitchens. Showers are not free and we found them a little too hot (temp control was variable). Swimming pool was great, but a bit chilly (our kids used shorty wetsuits), but others seemed fine. Best when the sun is out. Great kids playgrounds with mix of equipment and nice indoor playroom with plenty of toys for the younger ones. Lake side there is a fire pit and a stream that can be dammed. Shop has basics (e.g. milk, beer, bread) and staff are helpful and friendly. We camped as a family with 3 younger kids. Would we stay again, Yes.

Cant remember the location as we didnt really explore much, but the service was very slow and the rooms was being cleaned but some corners were not. Specially the toilets was bad
