  Awful. When we arrived at the airport my colleague gave his credit card for payment which we were told was cancelled for some reason. This happened twice so we had to find an alternative. I then tried my own credit card which worked. From the eur 86 as indicated that we had to pay at the airport my credit card was blocked for eur 270!!! Out from the airport we went shopping all the money in my colleague's card was blocked so he couldn't do shopping at all with his credit card!!! So in reality his payment had passed and we ended up paying with his card and my card too!!! For reversal into his card of the money blocked it took days during which he ended up without possibility to purchase anything not even food because the money was not released!!! After all notwithstanding the e270 paid from my credit card after a few days another e33 were taken from my card. I called the Europcar and they promised to send me in writing what happened actually and now 2 days already passed and I am still pending a mere clarification. Hopeless case. Will never take a car from Europcar again. The only good thing is the car was in perfect condition and very fuel efficient.
