Nice place to stay. It's in a quiet vicinity and you reach everything well (by car. I do not know about bus connections.)
The room has a huge TV, coffee machine, cooking plate, refrigerator, etc. You also have a garden.
The coffee maschine wasn't really clean and so was the cooking plate. Also, I think, the shower could be cleaner. Which is so the reason why I give 3 stars.response / report this review -

Very modern and clean room with a "new" feeling. Slow and quiet area 7 minutes drive from Odense center which is nothing. The breakfast with lots of homemade stuff for 50dkk is amazing.

We reserved a room with full payment through Expedia two days before our 29/12/16 arrival and received confirmation. Upon arrival at 17:30 after a 600 KM drive, we found the place dark and empty. There were no cars in the parking lot. We rang the bell and knocked, but noone was home. There was no contact instructions on the door, or anywhere. We waited another while in the parking lot, tried to call, but without effect. We found other lodgings, and immediately called Expedia for a refund, who went back and forth with the owner for 30 minutes, again without effect. I then called the owner, who explained that he sent emails with entry instructions, which I never received. I double-checked all spam folders, but nothing. The owner insisted his email system is perfect, and, after wasting 25 minutes discussing a refund with him, he refused. It appears he may use this ruse to double-book rooms; and his refusal to issue a small refund when he failed to issue email instructions and failed to be present upon our arrival shows his true nature: A money-grubbing manipulator. Beware.

Location is very much not central, but a short bus ride (23DKR) gets you to the center. The rooms are nice, as is breakfast. It's not as homey as I had expected, but running a B&B is still a business, so, there's that. All in all, a quaint place, in a quaint city

A really great stay. You get your own apartment with all the needed applications. Engholm is situated just a nice 30 min walk from the city square. Absolutely recommendable.
