  Was looking for Surface computer. They had three on display. Two were out of battery and when employee were told he just shrugged. Third could be turned on but then went to system update which took 10 minutes to complete. Left disgusted with the laissez-faire attitude of the staff. Take some pride in your work fellas, please.

  Great place to see stuff, but worst service (but then again typically Elgiganten) sellers pushing n trying to sell you what ever they can.. Nope never gonna be my favorite place to shop (great parking facilities though)

  Electronics shop near IKEA, where you can get all your electronic items. The prices are too oscillating and change drastically each day. I wanted to buy a camera and it was costing DKK3700, I went there after two days and the price became 4500DKK.

  Nice electronics mega store in the outskirts of Copenhagen. You can get almost everything from household appliances to the latest mobile gadget here and there are plenty of helpful staff available at all times.
  
  Only drawback with this store is when you need to get something repaired or want to return something. Then you will have to line up in front of a service desk outside the main store - and judging by the few times I have been there, there seems to be a huge number of people waiting there already... and this is not a quick turnaround queue, so bring a book or something.
