I ordered Game of Thrones season 6 on Blu ray. I had to go pick it up as they were unable to send. When I went to pick up, I was told they made a mistake and they only had the DVD, not the blu ray (2x36 kilometers for nothing.) I was told they would obtain and mail my blu ray disk to my address. 3 weeks later I had chat conversation with the Elgiganten customer support, 3 days in a row as I received nothing. Than I got this sms: "Dear ******. Theres been a mistake and unfortunately dont have the blueray you ordered, we can offer you the normal blueray or your money back. Kind regards Elgiganten Fields. I am very disappointed.
It's okay. Staff can be a bit slow at times, but could be worse.
Support service, however is really slow.
Recently me and my girlfriend were there. Really bad service and bad behavior of some staff.
In computer section there is always a person who is really amateur.
Staff not very friendly or particularly helpful
Prices are higher than in other Elgiganten shops and EShop (up to 600kr. higher for what we were looking at).
We asked for advice and the guy clearly didn't know anything, never seen that before!
Great layout, good service and most of the standard electronics and gadgets you need.
Huge store with a large supply. The service is good, not exceptional though, you really need to know what you are looking for as the advice received is not always the best, but still very friendly and pleasant. Can get pretty busy at times but the checkout system is good. Even a heavy "Black Friday" evening turned out pretty well.
