NOTE: When you buy hardware from them, you can fight with the manufacturer about a possible. complaint.
Bought a Gram cooker, which within the warranty period could not turn off on one hob when the knob was broken. Called Højby El-center who would not / could not take care of the complaint when they said that everything must go through Gram. So they asked me to contact Gram to get one of their technicians out and at the same time said that it looked very strange with that button? Subsequently, I spent 5 min on the net, found a new knob and paid 70kr including shipping and now the stove works again, so if the Electricity Center had done the same inconvenience, they would have had a satisfied customer.response / report this review -
