One of my favorite Danish castles, Dragsholm Slot lies beautifully at a hill top close to Nekselø Bay. It's a great place for a walk, and the castle kitchen serves up some of the most excellent dishes I've tried. Highly recommended!

Went to the bistro. Had potato snacks, vegi and salmon starters, lam and beef mains, and a herbal pie with milk ice cream for desert. To drink, we had staffs favorite and a long drink, followed by a Vin Nature from Jura. All very good and on the whole a solid meal. Good service and a nice view over the herb garden. All in all very enjoyable - why not five stars? Well, it is not Normal, but I'm sure if the restaurant is anything like the bistro it would be worth five stars.

Dragsholm Castle is an amazing place to visit! I originally went there with my SO to visit the garden, which is full of Rhododendron, but then ended up in their restaurant. We only had drinks, cakes and the like. The quality of their food is excellent and the view is beautiful from there. The prices were reasonable as well. Notable, that they also grow some of their own food, so it is natural and local. It is also possible to stay there for a few nights in their classic rooms. I can only recommend it!

Rigtig god mad, sødt personale, meget fine værelser med masser af plads, spændende historie - generelt et rigtigt godt sted, som bestemt er anbefalelsesværdigt

The castle itself is semi-beautiful (, by which I just mean that there are prettier castles). Furthermore, the place has a rather romance/renaissance vibe to it, which makes it a good spot to take your date or your family to. However, they could do a lot more to make the place even more "visitable"; for instance the park is nothing but a green area and you can't really do anything in the castle if you aren't able to pay a sum

800 year old history. Historic buildings and castle. Cozy clean rooms. Friendly staff, beautiful surroundings and scenery and close to the beach. Great food, wine and beer. Local produce.
