  I found bed bug in my room. I didn't know that I would found Bed bug in 'Denmark'. I really horrible experience in this hotel. I do not visit anymore.

  This place is nice and family friendly. It's good located, close to everything in town and also to the ferry. Very nice staff.

  Wer eine günstige Unterkunft braucht, um etwa eine frühe Fähre zur wunderbaren Insel Læsø, nach Oslo oder nach Göteborg zu bekommen, findet hier eine einfache, saubere Übernachtungsmöglichkeit in Hafennähe für kleines Geld. Frühstück ist gut und inbegriffen. Meist ist die Nacht ruhig, obwohl nachts niemand vom freundlichen Personal anwesend ist. Wer nach 18 Uhr kommt, sollte das ansagen, damit er an den Schlüssel kommt.

  Gode senger, sen ankomst gikk smertefritt da vi ga beskjed på forhånd, parkeringsanvisning lå på rommet godt beskrevet.
  Kort tur innom for vår del, bare en natt for familie på fire mens vi ventet på båten neste morgen.

  Very nice hotel! Perfect location in the center of the city, 1 min. to the main pedestrian street, 10 min. to the train station. Clean, comfortable, quiet and cozy. Nice breakfast, always in time. There is a full equipped kitchen to make your own food and a nice lounge to meet with friends or watch TV. And the most important thing there is an extremely helpful and hospitable manager of the hotel. She is always ready to help and solve all problems. Whether it be late arrival or early departure or anything else. She is always in good mood, smiling and very efficient. Thank her for a wonderful time in Frederikshavn. Always would like to come back!
