  I can only confirm what Ashley and the other recent reviewers wrote. It may be necessary to sue this place, so they get their clinic back on track. You're playing with people and their health, not machines!
  I have just been through two weeks of hormonal treatment, the pains that come with it, hours spent to get to the clinic and monitor, and am now without eggs. This standard procedure of social freezing was a complete failure.
  First, a doctor calls you to discuss. What he told me differed quite a lot from what the midwives I met told me, in terms of financials and process. A red flag, but in Denmark, I trust people.
  First meeting with Svend and a midwife, he told me of his decades of experience. Well that doesn't help, if you let the process be managed by a different midwife every single time and the right hand doesn't know what the left hand does. The information given is chaotic and they contradict each other. Initially, I was monitored by a younger midwife, who was very nice and careful. She asked me to come in several times to avoid overstimulation. Everything was looking good, except for that I was not told that most pharmacies don't have enough Gonal F on store, so I should go to some specific pharmacies. I was not aware that the one package received was not enough and resulted in me running out of hormone on a Sunday, worst day to run out.
  On a Friday, I was asked to come in again on Saturday, to avoid overstimulation, and it said the eggs might be taken out Monday. On Saturday, they changed midwives on me, mentioned that I might not need the Ovitrelle - the hormone that induces the release of the eggs, and said Tuesday or Wednesday would be the day, I should come back Monday. Monday I get another midwife - the fifth, who manages everything by herself (usually, there were two of them). I already had a bad feeling about her. She is very confident and unpleasant and tells me that it will be done Thursday, I should take Ovitrelle Tuesday (now suddenly, that hormone was back on scheme). Now, it is Thursday. I have been through two days of cramps. And as I arrive at the clinic this morning, the eggs are gone. No one there supports me, asks me how I am, helps me. I drive home alone and cry.
  Not only has this been a time intensive, physically and emotionally taxing time, I am very unhappy.
  Please don't let yourself me treated so badly. Go elsewhere.

  From the day I stepped foot in the clinic I knew something was off when the doctor hardly even spent 10 minutes with me before he rushed me out the door. From there, things got worse. I waited two years to access fertility treatment since my husband and I were living in west Africa. During my first IUI cycle, we needed to freeze the sperm since my husband was going to be out of town during insemination. I was told by the clinic that my husband would provide two samples, the first one they’d test to determine if the freezed and unthawed well and the second would be for the insemination. They said they’d call with the results of the first sample but never did. We called multiple times and tried to drop off another sample before my husband left town but the receptionist told us the doctor said they had enough for the procedure. I showed up the morning of the procedure to find out that the amount was next to nothing (you should have 5 million and we had .1 million) and they told me they didn’t have enough after unfreezing. I was beyond shocked and told them that we tried to call several times and provide another sample. One of the doctor’s came in and apologized up and down and promised to speak with the medical director about the issue and said they’d get back to me and determine where things went wrong.
  
  I of course didn’t get pregnant and no on ever contacted me from the clinic to discuss what happened or what went wrong. I’m writing this review because I don’t want anyone to go through what I did. They messed up, what was a normal Monday for them for me was two years of waiting for the day I could do IUI.
  
  They are sloppy, insensitive, don’t communicate or read the notes, are inconsistent and to them you’re just a number, nothing more. I still can’t believe what happened and have switched clinics because CFC took no responsibility for what they did.
  
  Don’t go to them. Trust me. There are other clinics in Copenhagen where you are treated like a human who is struggling with infertility.

  Their lack of humanity is incredible! My girlfriend and I have been there at least 20 times and almost every time she has been checked by a different person with a different opinion about what to do. She went again on Monday. By now your staff must be aware of the stress Stina is enduring but they told her to come back the next day. The next day she was told that she cannot have the exam done because her doctor’s referral had expired the day before. “but I was here yesterday, why didn’t you tell me then” my girlfriend asks back “if you want to the exam today is 1200 Kroner or otherwise you need to reschedule”.
  
  By now she was in tears and left. Stina is by this stage nearly a permanent feature over there (being a year now) and they couldn’t even make the effort to propose her a simple help (maybe to get the payment and refund it the next time) or sympathy or understanding.
  Nope. Just this is how it is without even looking her in the face.
  And these are the people that should help families to have kids? With this level of humanity?
  
  I tried to get in touch with the boss Mr Svend Lindenberg, that I met in several occasion over at the clinic, but he is not calling back.
  But I have to take a bit of responsibility for what happened. Because they declared their unprofessionalism from day 1, but we kept on going also because they fed our hopes, and when you go in places like that, you are vulnerable.
  But now we are taking our situation in our hands again, and we left them.

  The most chocking an inhumane treatment imaginable during such a vulnerable time. You are only a number and on a conveyor belt of women. No personal interaction, no empathy, no kindness, no compassion. Can not recommend ANYONE to use this clinic.

  Kan ABSOLUT ikke anbefales! Du er blot et CPR-nr. i rækken af andre. Der er ingen personlig eller venlig imødekommenhed fra hverken receptionister, sygeplejersker eller læger. Man bliver ikke oplyst om detaljerne omkring sin egen behandling medmindre man selv spørger. De er ikke up-to-date omkring procedure, og de foretager ikke alle de nødvendige og relevante prøver i forbindelse med behandling. Det er ikke et rart sted at være, så er I advaret.

  God behandling. Jeg har altid følt mig i trygge hænder og fået gode råd og vejledning hvis der har været brug for det. Svend er lige ud af posen og det skal man kunne klare. I virkeligheden en sjov type, men meget behagelig og det vigtigste af alt så har han en viden som jeg sjældent har set.

  Desværre mødes man af en læge, der slet ikke har tid ( og lyst) til at sige ordentligt "Goddag" og "Farvel" ved fremmøde. Han får en til at føle sig til besvær og spørgsmål affejes med et hurtigt svar og en mine som siger, at man da er dum at "ulejlige" ham med så dumme spørgsmål. Han må tjene styrtende med penge, for alt foregår LYN hurtigt ( læs: sjusket og "samlebåndsagtigt") og der er HELT fravær af varme og god tid. Og så drop det vulgære sprog, det er så useriøst og uklædeligt.

  The clinic is TOTALLY DISORGANIZED.
  - The managing doctor shown up just for the first Skype interview, proposed a 3 IUI cycle without even reading the lab tests.
  - To contact the clinic there is only one email address. You NEVER KNOW WHO WILL ANSWER and they don't even check your profile in order to advise you properly.
  - On my 2nd attempt I was given the WRONG SPERM UNIT; while I said the code was wrong, they pretended that I could not see the papers for privacy reasons (the other 2 times I could give a double check).
  - Only on my 3rd attempt I was told there was a room to have a rest after the treatment.
  - After the 3-IUI cycle, I had to remember them that it was time to try the IVF. I was told that FOR STRANGERS is NOT AVAILABLE the 3-cycles DISCOUNT (even if this is not written in the price list), because non-Danish-speaking patients make them work more.
  - at the moment to start the hormonal therapy, I was sent the WRONG RECEIPT and I wasted that cycle.
  - I did the successive attempt AT HOME AND IT WORKED. I'm now in my 4th month! Well, it looks that I was not such a hard case

  Fik en god behandling, og mødte altid venligt personale, selv når de havde travlt eller vi ringede med "underlige" spørgsmål. - Og som det vigtigste, fik vi p.g.a behandlingen vores dejlige lille datter, ved anden behandling- lang protokol.
