My transfers in Kastrup are always seamless. However, the layout could be experienced as a bit messy if you aren't familiarised with it. The distance between the different terminals is about 10 minutes on foot. Plenty of toilets and seats. They also have desks were you can sit down and work on your laptop.

The only drawback is that when you arrive at one of the terminals (I believe it's B), then there's a smoking room just next to the central area in between the terminals. Since the door is opened and closed all the time, you will smell the smoke when you pass by. This room should have been in a remote part of the terminal with little traffic.

This is one of the larger airports in Europe, when looking at number of passengers. And for transfer it is great, with many stores, restaurants and good lounge. The entrance hall on the other hand, is chaotic, and has been so for at least a year. Hard to get through and people everywhere.

For a country that's known for its many chair design concepts, Copenhagen Airport seems sorely lacking in just that - chairs.or rather, places for the many travellers to rest their weary feet. Be prepared to stand! Even the gate area is inadequate to accommodate all the people for the plane.

I have been to this airport a number of times. Love all the duty free shops with a variety of items to purchase for example chocolates, perfume, alcohol etc. The only thing this airport could use is more benches for people coming through to sit at while trying to get there bearings after coming off a long flight.

There is a variety of healthy dining and drinking options to choose from as well. Not to mention the bars and alcohol choices. The wide array of choices range from cheap to expensive. If needing to buy EU money there are exchange booths.

It is amazingly easy to navigate and if you should encounter a problem there is a help desk nearby. For those flying out of this airport there are plenty of self check kiosks to print your ticket and luggage tag. Once your tag is on your suitcase you are allowed to go to the counter and weigh it. They will check your ticket and passport. Customs is easy but the line will be a bit longer if you are not an EU resident.

There didn't seem to be many restaurants near our gate terminal. Glad you got something to drink before we went through to our gate.

Once through customs you can choose your way our of the airport via bus, taxi or train. Terminals, restaurants, and restrooms are clean.

Like most airports getting picking up your check luggage will take the most time. All staff that we met were kind, friendly and professional.

Very nice airport, good layout and clean with a lot of shops and restaurants. Easy to get too as well. It's however become very busy and crowded. The premium lounges are limited and not very good.

It's one of the worst airports I have ever been. We arrived to the airport in the morning and we had a connection flight in 7 hours. We wanted to leave our luggage in some place and visit Copenhagen. There was no way..there were some lockers that were difficult to find because there were no indications for them. Half of the lockers were broken.the other half were full.besides, the number of lockers was ridiculous for an airport. Nobody helped us to find a solution. We had to spent the whole day at the terminal. We are really upset.

There were not enough lockers. 50% of them did not work. Nobody in the airport fixed the problem despite of we warned them. Many tourist (including us) that wanted to visit the city until our next conection flight were forced to be in the airport with our luggage. Copenhagen airport should noticeably improve this.

In central part of terminal there are shops everywhere which means no seating whatsoever. In the terminal extensions there IS enough place to put seating yet for some reason they decided to not utilize it. Prepare to sit on floor here unless you have lounge access.
Terminal is stretched as long line but getting end-to-end doesn't take too long.

Extremely well structured airport with support even for low budget travelers.

I ended up there one day before my flight and could relax comfortably enough at one of the concourses enjoying free WiFi signal on all devices and also well served of power outlets.

There are good options for food at a fair price, even though airport food is not cheap at all.

The overall experience was amazing, airport was clean and quiet even during pick times.

We arrived in Copenhagen at 9pm. Decided to stay overnight in the airport. It is small airport and is being renewed. Nice and convenient are the descriptions for this airport. There are many duty free stores and, it's worth going for a walk. Here they have plenty of benches which are super comfortable, the toilets are clean. It's very convenient to get to the central from the airport, there are 3 ways to get to the city: bus, train and metro, I recommend taking train which is underground because it run fast and only take one train. The price is the same for all kinds of ticket.

3 stars are of absence due to the tragic that I was pickpocketed while boarding on the train to central station on the very first day of my arrival. There were 4-5 people (including us) waiting for the train at the time. While I was carry my luggage onto the train, there were 2 guys right behind me. I noticed that one guy touched my luggage which I felt weird for his action but still not alert. And the other guy might try to keep his villainous partner from the public eyes or CCTV hanging over nearby. After My friend and I were properly seated, I found the front pocket of my backpack unzipped and my wallet didn't exist anymore. I was in total shock!!! After that, I got to talk to the guy at the information desk and what he recommended me was to report this to the police if we'd like to check on the CCTV. Unfortunately, I didn't do so, because it's supposed to take a lot of time and a fat chance to ruin all our schedule. A huge impression of CPH to me!!! So, please you guys stay aware and careful at all time. Anything can happen anytime anywhere! 😤😤😢😭

Pretty nice airport. Efficient, with lovely shops, and a generally nice ambiance.

Some things to note: self check in machine was wonky, and unlike other places, they prefer you to place your passport and boarding pass in the tray going through security.

Excellent airport. Very well designed. Easy to get from one place to another. Lots of places to eat. Would like to seating, but otherwise, the atmosphere is excellent. Very easy to use public transportation from the airport to the city. There are ticket machines with staff helping you get the tickets. Overall, a good experience using this airport.

This airport is now a disaster. It's messy and dirty everywhere, and with outdated equipment and facilities. You will waste a lot of time running after misleading signs and blocked areas due to construction work. The only thing looking decent is the shopping area. But to make sure you shop, they have removed all seats so you cannot sit down anywhere! Because of that you have people sitting or lying on the floor in all the corners. Sign indications are meant to confuse you. To get to departures 3, you have to follow signs for the train station(!). To fly to Amsterdam you must follow signs for 'domestic flights' - since when is Amsterdam in Denmark? Etc etc. Avoid this airport if possible..
