This is one of my favourite places to stay in Aarhus, they are kind, friendly and always easy to book, there is many options for all choices, the hostel it self is decorated with cool art pieces, beds are okay, the dorms are also okay for what you pay for, toilet and showers are shared but always super clean, the location is great, close to major bus stops, metro and the principal train station in Aarhus.
There is also a offered breakfast, is pretty complete and healthy, the kitchen is huge, have many fridges and enough room to put your groceries, if you are easy going, your sleep is like a stone or else be sure to grab some ear plugs, this is a great place to stay!

Convenient to have the common rooms : kitchen, dining room. Warm welcome. Fair prices. Amazing location.

But a single shower is shared with the whole floor.

Have to think about before coming in the shared rooms for 6 people : the window doesn't close, so the room is really noisy and pretty cold, and everything is old school.

Not suitable for families with kids, noisy at night, not very clean there was even a mouse in the dining room. Breakfast too expensive having into account what's included. I would not recommend.

The location is great, right next to the seaside and there's a lovely view of some old buildings and the public library, 'Dokk 1'. Most things are a short walk away, about 15 or so minutes. However, the rooms are very barebones, literally a bed, some plugs and a bathroom. Walls are dirty and the blinds have holed in them. The wifi here worked only 10% of the time if I was lucky and even then there would be constant disconnects. As far as service goes it is okay. You have to pay for bed sheets and towels if you don't bring your own, so the price is going to be atleast 50DKK more if you didn't bring any. Overall, it is a very basic hostel, and very much suited for people only looking for a place to sleep a couple nights, who don't mind having the room only to sleep in, as you can't do much else in it.

Aarhus is well prepared for the "European Capital of Culture 2017" year. :)

Hostel itself is very good located at the waterfront of Aarhus. Our double room had view to the new Dokk1 culture center building. Also the Aarhus Cathedral and the old famous quarter "Latinerkvarteret" is only one street further.

Really lovely and helpful Service!! Bedroom was quite big and clean. It had 8 beds, a table and two chairs. Amazingly close to the center of the city!! I had a beautiful View from my room, saw a church, parts of the city and the sea. But it was still really quiet, even when sleeping with an open window! You get a free city Map when you check in. I also got a few Tips where good Restaurants, shopping streets and nice places are 😍💕 also, the entrance room was nicely decorated 😉 really enjoyed my stay there!!!
