Rooms well appointed with good space and not too noisy. The hotel is a little far out of town so if only here for one night and have no car then not an ideal location.
Staff seem friendly and very willing to accommodate. Have not tried the food but understand they don't have a hot breakfast.

Next door to a petrol station on a busy road it doesn't promise much but it's better than to be expected. Rooms are nice with two single beds pushed together which are comfortable and as a single traveller it was good for me. Big TV on the wall that swings out so you can watch it from either bed or sofa. Nice big clean bathroom with bath and shower. I found the room cold but plenty of covers so I was okay.
I haven't eaten here in the evening as very expensive and typical hotel food, lots of fancy bits and pieces.
Breakfast is okay if you don't eat meat or fish but if you do even better, I don't so a but if a struggle. Nothing hot to eat apart from boiled egg (very nice and soft) coffee really isn't that good (mt great bugbear) why can't a hotel have nice coffee?
Tea and coffee in the room, nice selection of tea and one type of coffee, Nescafe, nice bathroom bits. Free Wi-Fi which is very good.
If you are going to the university it's a great location but slightly out of town. But I would recommend.response / report this review -

The hotel is nicely situated near the university. It's got a great old-fashioned charm about it -- as if you travel back in time as soon as you step onto the cobblestone drive.
