  Beautiful products, bad service. Very bad service. Everytime I get someone else to take care of the ticket and nothing is communicated. At the moment 5 tickets are open and no resolution.

  The service in Australia Melbourne wasn’t prepared to price match so I bought it off a department store and bought the Beolit 17 and The p2 natural.
  
  Over all as an artist Beolit 17 is a wonderful product I don’t own many technologies because I don’t want to but it is so special in sound.
  
  It’s a bit of a lie that it runs for 24 hours more like 5-6 hours on a good certain amount of volume.
  
  It’s a wonderfull product the Beolit 17 as for the p2 it’s nice but not that amazing lucky I got all of them for half price NEW.
  
  Thank you for a wonderful experience in creating the Beolit 17 great for design and training outdoors w a yoga mat doing push ups or stretches.

  I bought some earphones in February. In October the cable was broken. I asked for the guarantee to fix them and they told me that this part was not covered. I decided to pay for the repair. They said to me that is not possible to do it and that I have to buy a new ones. Are you serious????
