Good burgers for the price (cheaper to order a menu online than in-store) with a good selection of sides and dips, not much more too it than that, never too busy to place an order for a quick pick-up. A bit of a hidden spot that I'd recommend if you're after fast, good food!

Don't come for the burgers (they are perfectly fine but lacking the taste and finesse needed for such a high price). The best part is the sides! Absolutely superb fries and cheese balls, plus the staff was very friendly.

I'm not sure if it's the 6 hours I spent baking in the sun on Islands Brygge on perhaps the most perfect day (so far) of the entire year without any food, or if was the good company I was with, or if it was the burger itself, but HOLY GUACAMOLE are the burgers at Café Alma amazing.
Speaking of guac, they put a big heaping scoop of it on your burger if you pay a little extra, and it's really good. They also have perfectly crispy bacon. And their fries are phenomenal - a fabulous balance of crispy and juicy, and they come with a chipotle mayo type sauce to dip them in.
Salivating yet?
Lots of hyggelig outdoor seating, and a perfect dinner after spending a summer day doing as the Danes do out on the canal. To be repeated.response / report this review -
