This is the best hotel I've ever stayed at based on the staff. They're incredibly nice and attentif! I can't say enough good things about this place.

This is a nice hotel, and I would stay here again, but it's missing some amenities that I prefer. There's no air conditioning and the rooms are sweltering. The elevator is small and slow, which is annoying if you are on the 7th floor and it's really hot in the stairway. The bathroom and shower is tiny. I banged my elbow 50 times trying to shampoo my hair. Otherwise, this is a decent place. The breakfast is really great. The rooms are clean and have TVs and the usual amenities (except AC). Solid place, would stay here again, but would probably prefer something closer to downtown.

Too expensive for the location and service. The receptionist are quite rude and sometimes give incomplete information (eg bus info) as compared with a simple Google search

Doesn't look like much from the outside (almost an understatement) but as all friends hotels, the interior is a real treat! Very hip! Friendly staff!

What I like the most is the posibility to get a bike for free during my stay. I like also the design of the ground floor as well as the kindness of the staff. On the other hand the space of the toilets is small but they are clean and it is a bit far from cologne.

This is very nice place for everybody. The Location is very good designed. Very stylish. Totaly friendly personal and clean rooms. Just 4 stars because around to go for a walk is not so much. But the rest is good.
