  Brilliant gym. Plate loaded hammerstrength equipment, two different ranges of life fitness machines. Free weights, bodyweight area, soon more crossfit space and weight lifting platforms.

  Ich habe ein Probetraining im Clever Fit in S-Vaihingen absolviert. Leider war der Trainer äußerst unaufmerksam und nicht wirklich daran interessiert, mir das Studio zu zeigen und mich als Mitglied zu gewinnen. Wirklich sehr schade! Denn das Studio scheint eine angenehme Atmosphäre und Mitglieder zu haben. Als Fitnesseinsteiger wurden mir bei diesem Probetraining immer viel zu hohe Gewichte auferlegt und die Geräte nicht erklärt. Ist dafür nicht ein Probetraining auch da? Um einen Einblick in das Fitnesstraining zu bekommen, damit man sich guten Gewissens dafür entscheiden kann? Darüberhinaus fand ich es noch sehr kundenunfreundlich, dass mir kein Wasser angeboten wurde, obwohl in einer vorherigen E-Mail extra darauf hingewiesen wurde, dass ich lediglich Sportkleidung und ein Handtuch brauche und ich natürlich kostenfrei etwas trinken kann während des Trainings. Von der derzeitigen Aktion wurde mir im abschließenden Gespräch auch nichts erzählt. Es schien mir, als wollte mich der Trainer bloß schnell los werden. Sehr schade!

  Membership is pretty low cost, even if they do have an unusual fee structure. Very few extras, showers cost extra. No courses. Can be very crowded. Clientele is quite young but not unfriendly.

  The studio looks pretty nice and for the time, when I was visiting it, I was really satisfied. But I was very disappointed with the care about members. When I was at the beginning of February leaving Germany, I wanted to cancel my membership. In studio they told me, that I have to send a letter to CleverFit-Headquaters. Ok, I didn't understand, why do I couldn't cancel it direct in the Studio (when it was possible to open the membership here) but I did it (I thought that in Germany everybody needs to have all the things on a paper). I was expecting some answer per email, but I didn't get any answer. Then they charged me for a February and when they did it also for the March I sent them an email with asking them for an explanation. I got an answer, that they didn't receive any letter. In a few days, they sent me another email with the information, that they found that letter (after 2 months? really?). But they didn't give me my money back but offered me free entrance to studio for the next 2 months (great, what will I do with that, when I am no more in Germany and that is the reason why I wanted to cancel my membership).
  
  After few other mails, they stopped with communication and because I was outside of the Germany and they charged "just" around 60€ I stopped with caring about that, because I had other worries.
  
  After some time, they charged me again 10€ (for cancelation of my membership - they probably had a lot of work with one cancelation of membership).
  
  And top of everything and the reason why I write this review is that: When I checked my bank account at the beginning of July I stayed really surprised! They charged me another 29,90€ for July? Why?
  
  So after that all it is almost 100€ for nothing and I will ask them for the explanation and getting my money back. Hopefully they will answer my emails, but I am not sure, after all what I have experienced with clever fit.
