  I was at Zazou Salon for the third time a few days ago and I'm super happy with the result again! This time I had my strands re-colored and my hair cut - all from dear Arzu! We had a good chat during the whole process, you definitely feel in safe hands with her! The general atmosphere was also pleasant, the hairdressers are professional, friendly and humorous; so the waiting time goes by like in a flight (delicious coffee and water are also offered to customers, music plays in the background, ..)
  I definitely recommend the store! :)

  By far the best before and after experience I've ever had at the hairdresser's. I received very good advice and I am really happy to have relied on the professional advice. Everyone on the team is incredibly friendly. A very special thank you to Arzu, she is absolutely great, super nice and responsible for many compliments after visiting the hairdresser :)

  I wanted a Lucy Boynton, but I got a Mireille Mathieu (without bangs).
  When you go inside the shop you realize fast that here you will not get the latest trends regarding hair. That is why I asked if I could get only a little trimm, and not change the cut per se. At the end I had one side shorter than the other, and the beautiful cut I had before was gone, leaving me with shorter hair in the front and longer in the back, instead of the opposite, which I had before. Another colleague had to jump in and "save" what was left of. I am giving two stars because she managed to do my roots, but frankly even a trained toddler could have managed that.
