Grosse Auswahl an Kampfkünsten.

Preis/Leistung daher 1a.

    Money oriented and family unfriendly!

I had both of my children signed up for Budoturnen. Once I forgot to bring their drinking bottles so I couldn't use the water tap (fee for that is included in monthly payment). Since the kids were thirsty I kindly asked one of your employees at the reception desk for apaper-cup and the employee refused to give me one. Instead, I was offered to buy a bottle of Evian water or to buy a new sport bottle. I
was unpleasantly surprised by such a response to a simple, in my opinion, not extraordinary request. I find such attitude extremely family and children unfriendly. Since your Dojo offers a lot of courses for children, I as a parent would expect family friendly treatment from the staff. In my opinion this also includes giving a
cup for water which was paid for anyways. After my complaint I was given an excuse that paper cups produce a lot of waste and that members were leaving them all over the gym. But they couldn't offer a regular glass either or ask me to bring the paper cup back (Which I would have done anyway.).

TL;DR: Best gym and martial arts school out of MANY I've tried in the region. 110% recommended!!

I've had memberships at a whole bunch of gyms over the past years, I even worked at one. Zanshin Dojo is by far the best of them! Despite being decently large, it feels very cozy and everyone working and training there somehow feels like family to me. The staff always have time for my questions. The other members have without exception been helpful and kind. The equipment and facilities are top notch! Most importantly though, the martial arts classes at Zanshin are taught by amazing teachers!! I have tried Kickboxing, Ju Jutsu and BJJ, and despite having nothing but a bit of wrestling experiences to bring to the classes I could follow all classes well. That's because I always had more experienced students helping me, giving me advice, and showing me what to pay attention to.

All in all I'm super duper happy at Zanshin and I can't wait to go back there after my stay in Southern Germany has come to an end!

    Thabk you guys ❤

For me Zanshin is simply the best gym in town: well-trained and friendly staff, beautiful dojos with huge but comfortable mat space, comprehensive selection of weights and machines (if that's your thing). I go there for the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to roll with a great team with one if the few black belts in Germany. I really like it there!
