worst vapiano i've ever been to. personnel is not serving you, although they see you waiting. the quality is not good, unfriendly. if you go in Zürich, totally different world

This is a modern Italian restaurant located on top of the Munich long distance bus station Zob. One can taste traditional dishes, desserts, coffee or pizzas. The pizzas are thin and delicious. There is also a house wine selection but I have not tried any. The food can also be ordered take-away style.

A very solid choice if you're avoiding gluten. Pizza, pasta and risotto. Friendly and a good value. Consistency is the only thing that could be better.

During lunch time gets so busy and you gotta wait quite a bit but everything else is fine. Expect the quality of a fast-food chain.

Nice place to chill while waiting the bus or train Bar rates. Check my pictures for Menu.

What i like:
- Outdoor seating
- Nice view
- Good atmosphere
- Free WiFi

What i didn't like
- No service. you have to get your food or drink but still rates are low other places that offer service

The restaurant was recently renovated. It has a nice atmosphere and the self-service style means that you will see the pasta/pizza made in front of you and to your liking. One star is deducted because at busy hours, payment could take upwards of 10 minutes while standing in line.

It is located just above main bus station so it makes it a perfect place to wait a bus or to have a meal after arriving. It is very spacious place with beautiful view overlooking train rails. Food is pretty good. I was there two times and both times had different kind pasta. Prices are normal. I would recommend it.

Good located italian self service restaurant at ZOB/Hackerbrücke. We have never been dissapointed by the food, it tastes always good and italian food offer is various. Personnel could be more friendly. We feel that the price point is fair. Recommendation for who has little time and wants to have a decent meal in an easy atmosphere.

I've been to vapiano in 3 cities now and this was the most underwhelming of them all. Probably my bad luck that I didn't get the best service but I had to wait forever for my pasta to be prepared and then I didn't enjoy the food as well. Hoping for a better experience next time

Great place for delicious Italian food. The first attendant gives you a smart card on which your food charges are loadedto whatever counter you go tosalad, soup, pizza, pasta etc. And you pay while leaving. The food was awesome quick service. Everything under one roof Nice ambience and high chairs too for that pub feel !
