Went to United Furniture in Landstuhl to buy a American style mattress. I told the lady who helped me that I had back issues, along with having a replaced hip. She was wonderful about showing me a variety of mattresses. She even went so far to flip one of them to ensure the mattress would be comfortable enough for me. The service was just awesome. Prices reasonable too. So if you are in need of any furniture definitely check out their store. Very good service and tons of beautiful pieces of furniture to choose from.

Will never buy again from this Store. Purchased Couch Set 3. 2 .1 , very bad quality started to ware and tare after 1 week. Called Furniture store to complain they replaced the Furniture with an even worse piece of Furniture, called again. They had nothing in stock that we liked so they gave us another set which after 2 months the electric on the Couch stoped working. They refuse to give a refund and then no GUARANTEE. All B ware furniture not really quality only looks good till you have it for a couple of weeks if it last that long. We also purchased a Dining Set which came in the wrong color. Called the Store they replaced it , but now the replacement Table top has cracks everywhere. We are so disappointed in United Furniture that we were cheated out our hard earned money for below quality products. If your smart go to a real Furniture Store with real quality products. Even the Exchange is 100% better. Only good thing about United Furniture is the service to bad the ZFurniture is not so good. Will be reported to the JAG Office.

Worst company to deal with. Had an issue with a Mattress Got to the point that I needed a solicitor and then J&M claimed that they would delivered in 4 wks, still nothing then another letter from the solicitor and 3 wks later they decided to delivery bwt 8am and 5pm. Waited around for 9 hrs and still no Mattress when I told them I can't wait any longer they decided that they will not exchange the Mattress. I called JEFFREY HUBER THE OWNER and he hanged up the phone on me and my solicitor called and he refused to speak with him. These people are only after your money and for Customer Service they are lacking. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME WITH THEM
