Left me totally stranded with no connecting flight after delays, sent me t a flight that they hadn’t actually booked me on, then disappeared for night. Horrible

All united flights out of frankfurt wait in the same line for all destinations. Late people will be moved to the front of the line while everyone waits even longer to check in. Total disaster. Plan on at least 1hr to 1.5hr just to check in for economy.

Wish I could give this a 0 star. The worst airline, rude staff one hour trying to get help with my Ticket! they were very rude to me and my son never would i buy a ticket from them again!

Frankfurt airport is a zoo! Glad I was flying United - many lines and we had no idea which to get in to check in, check bags, and get our boarding passes. The staff was kind - got us in the correct line for the stamp needed on our passport to get in the check in line. WARNING: give yourself 3 hours in this airport before flight. Hats off to United who called out flights and pulled folks out based on flight times vs line times and we made our Chicago flight on time.

Wish I could give this a 0 star. The worst I've come across. After stand in check in line for more than 1 1/2 (one and a half) hr . I'm told my daughter cant make her flight because of their incompetence and to make matters worse they book her with Lufthansa on the cheapest flight with no checked bags. I couldn't believe it😔😔😔 . It was my first time coming in contact or dealing with them and I regret the experience.
