  Usually satisfactory, unless they have technical difficulties and you spend 1h staring at the curtains. Movie tickets were refunded, the lost time and 5€ parking ticket were not.

  Very big and full. Expect to stand in line for up to 30 minutes. Cinemas are well equipped. Drink and snack prices about average for a cinema.

  45 Minuten Werbung!!!! Das ist definitiv zu viel. Ich wollte mal etwas anderes ausprobieren als Cinemaxx, weil dort der Service auch nachgelassen hat. Aber UFA Palast wird ganz sicher nicht mehr besucht. Dazu noch durch den Matschparkplatz gehen müssen Nein, danke.

  Eine Frechheit! Die Werbung vor dem Film war so unerträglich lange, dass ich mir bereits überlegt habe zu gehen und mich zu beschweren. Ich habe schließlich für den Film viel Geld bezahlt und dann will ich auch nicht mehr als 15 Minuten Werbung sehen. Dieses Kino verdient allein durch die viel zu hohen Preise für Eintritt und Getränke mehr als genug.
  Wenn sich daran nichts ändert, dann war das mein letzter Besuch!!!
