  I purchased a Tiffany's heart collection necklace in the USA for my cousin in Germany from where I flew to Germany to surprise her with this gift. After taking it out, and putting it on the first time the necklace snapped and the chain has broken out of one of its conncting pieces right at the joint of the two pieces.
  
  I drove 2 hours south to Munich to get some help. After a 30 minute wait at Tiffanys, I spoke to a representative who didn't even look at the receipt, or the necklace. She listened to my story, went to her supervisor and simply said "There's nothing we can do here, it was purchased out of the country - I suggest you call this number, tell them the name of the person who sold this to you and get a refund". "This" number refers to the customer service number at the top of the receipt.
  
  I would expect a global brand name to be able to do more than this - globally. Awful experience my first time buying from Tiffany's and especially as a gift for family I do not see much at all.

  Great service. Make sure to make an appointment if you are looking for an engagement or wedding ring. They have a good offer for all kinds of budgets. Just simply stunning rings with the most exquisite diamonds.

  I called from another country to have some details for a certain ring and the staff was very polite and helpful. The girl who assisted me she send me email with the details and everything and they don't try to give you the most expensive one just for selling. Very nice . Just in case if you are or you're going to that store ask for Verena, she is very nice and very helpful. 5stars for the staff.
