Unhelpful, unfriendly and arrogant.
This is the fourth time that I have ordered from Tem Thai with an allergy request and then received the food containing my allergen.
I’ve eaten in, ordered online, had deliveries, phoned in orders, and driven down there to order and pick up in person. It seems that it doesn’t matter how I order, they’re just not interested in the wellbeing of their customers.
Happy to take my money and then tell me “you know, we just don’t always read that allergy information.”
You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Absolutely superb food (the curries are especially good), generous portions, great service, warm, inviting venue. Of numerous excellent Thai restaurants I've visited in Munich, this one is my favorite.
