  Beautiful hotel, amazing staff. The only reason I gave 4 Star is that the WiFi is limited to 1Mb/second (this is stated when connecting to the hotel resort). 1Mb/second was fast in 1995 not 2017. The staff told me “we know it’s very slow”. Also, there is no option to upgrade connection speed. This is a 5 Star hotel that accommodate many foreign business guest. I travelled all over Germany in hotels in castle that are much older and internet speed is never an issue. Everything else is perfect. Fix it guys!

  Fantastic. Tradition blended with modern convenience. Great stay. Great staff. The only problem The wifi was terrible. Absolutely terrible. But otherwise fantastic.

  Sumptuous! This is an absolutely gorgeous hotel.
  Service is fabulous - courteous, helpful, discrete.
  Food was wonderful.
  I cannot recommend highly enough.

  Wonderful place with delicious overpriced cappuccino. Laundry service didn't iron my shirts. That's what I would have expected, especially if I explicitly ask for it. However, the overall experience was very satisfying. Did I mention the cappuccino was delicious?

  Nice atmosphere, clean and friendly. Clean accommodation in a very well located area. The staff is receptive and the only complaint I would have would be the bar/restaurant didn't seem to be concerned with catering to Hotel clients.
