If you have a kids this place is worth to visit. But only adults and who are not enthusiastic Steiff this place feels boring.

Fun museum. Had to wait a while for a tour in English. Cafe had good food that was reasonably priced.

Love this place. This museum is not big but it tells you everything about a teddy bear! And the way they done it is amazing.

Nice place even if you don't have kids with you. Don't miss the outlet outside, next building.

My wife and I visited here in September and spent 90 minutes on the tour and looking through the shop, another 30 minutes would have been good to spend a bit more time walking through and another 30-60 minutes if you're eating there (prices look very reasonable and food looks good). If you have children with you I'd allow another 60 minutes at least as there is a lot to do for all ages but especially children. The children we saw there were having a great time.

Parking was free when we were there, the gates opened to let you out without needing a ticket but this may only be on weekends.

Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area, it's close to a train station and the autobahn so access is easy.

Initially I came here with my girlfriend to visit, expecting a boring experience. I wasn't pleasantly surprised, however, when I enjoyed myself despite my lack of interest in stuffed animals.

They run a tour/show frequently in German, English and Japanese, which is really well put together and a pleasure to watch. I would recommend a visit for enthusiasts and non-enthusiasts alike. Although there is little else to do in the town, I would recommend a visit to nearby Ulm.
