OPENING HOURS - COMEDY
If you go swimming in the morning when the pool is opened from 7-8, means you are able to get in at 7 (change, to swimsuit,..) and shall be out (back from the shower, in clothes, dry hair) by 8.

I have never ever took a swim in a pool less chlor-ated than this one.

Also, girls, the hair dryers suck.

Very nice, clean sport swimming pool. There is a section for children as well as for athletic swimmers. You need to bring 2euro coin for the locker with you.

eine saubere kleine sauna mit angenehmem flair. leider ist es ein glücksspiel, ob man hier saunieren darf oder nicht. ich habe hier mitunter eine stunde mit warten zugebracht, weil die sauna voll war (keine freie umkleide für herren mehr frei) und oder bin nach langem warten einfach ohne erholsame sauna heimgegangen.

auch ist es so, dass zu jeder vollen stunde (die meisten besucher verlassen die sauna zur vollen stunde oder kommen zur vollen stunde hier an) vor verschlossener tür steht, weil die dame an der kasse einen aufguss macht. - das ist total unpraktisch, weil es sonst kaum etwas zu tun gäbe und so der aufguss und das abfertigen der gäste zur vollen stunde immer zu unmut der wartenden und stress bei den arbeitenden führen.

ich werde wahrscheinlich nicht nochmal hier herkommen. sauna sollte erholen und nicht aus völlig hirnrisdigen gründen am nervenkostüm rütteln.

Es ist hier insgesamt ein gutes Schwimmbad. Durch die wenigen Öffnungszeiten ist es zu öffentlichen Zeiten meist voll. Es wird ausschließlich Barzahlung akzeptiert (im Jahr 2017!).

Great for athletic swimmers. If your idea of swimming is to actually swim a distance without much of a hassle, this is your place; if you are rather looking for fun and play in and by the pool, try elsewhere. Sportbad an der Elster is a 50m indoor swimming pool, newly built just a few years ago. Everything is new and clean, and marked lanes, uncommon in Germany in public swimming pools, facilitate serious swimming. There is only one nuisance: the very limited opening hours, as the pool is often occupied by sports clubs or school classes.
