Due to the current Corona situation, everyone is probably a bit tense, but something as unfriendly as the receptionist in the library, if you want to go into the town hall, that is not possible. Then the guy gives you the wrong information that you will be grumbled again at the registry office without words.
If the good woman from the registry office explained her stuff properly and no questions arise, you shouldn't seem annoyed.

I have seldom met such an unfriendly and unsympathetic person as Mrs. Kühn from the registry office. It's hard to describe the arrogant way she deals with applicants, both over the phone and in person. Because of her person, it makes sense to me that German civil servants should take the compulsory subject "Respectful tone in cooperation with fellow human beings" in their training.

Topic elections,
My notification came on 23.09, but unfortunately I am not on location on the day of the election, I applied on the same day for the postal ballot documents. Today on 07.10. I called the town hall and I was told that they went to the post office today. But from the morning I am in a rehabilitation for 3 weeks. On the website of the city should allegedly be a link to apply for absentee ballot is also false. So good organization looks different to me, not to mention the citizens service.

Sonneberg macht einen sehr schmutzigen teilweise verkommenen Eindruck.Für Touristen das
Hauptproblem das Parken.Überall liegen die "Ordnungshüter"auf der Lauer um Kasse zu machen.
Gegenüber früheren Zeiten (DDR) eine tote Innenstadt -die sich nunmehr in Neudeutsch "City" nennt.Die jetzige Verkehrsführung ist total irreführend und nimmt durch das Parken an den Seiten viel Platz und Sicht weg.Vielleicht wäre ein Erfahrungsaustausch mit anderen beispielhaften Städten oder auch Dörfern von Nöten.Durch die Fussgängerzone fahren nach wie die Busse.Dasgibt es in keiner anderen Stadt
