Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von diesem Versand,
ich habe ein Zelt und zwei Zusatzartikel bestellt.
Einer der Zusatzartikel wurde gar nicht gesendet.
Der Versand hat knapp drei Wochen gedauert.
Das Zelt war defekt und dies offensichtlich.
Eine Zeltstange war gebrochen und eine Notfallhülse drüber geschoben.
Außerdem war das Zelt beschmutzt.
Das Zelt wurde als Neuware verkauft.
Ich nenne so etwas BETRUG.

I ordered four Therm-a-rest iso-matten with delivery to Sweden and delivery was surprisingly quick. The price was excellent but communication a bit sparse. The savings more than compensated for the somewhat lacking customer service. All in all I am a happy customer and would definitely consider buying from Funktionelles again.
