In other hotels you may get a mint or a chocolate on your pillow but here you get socks, it's like a little treasure hunt every time. Even getting to your room is an adventure in itself, the room numbers don't follow any pattern and there is no way of getting to your room without climbing at least 20 different sets of stairs. Overall, if you dont have a lot of money or expectations, this the place for you.

A good hostel with decent prices. You will have to pay a compulsory 2.5 euros when you arrive here for linens, so keep that in mind. Good staff. Decent hostel. Connected to the westend metro station so no worries about transportation.

Good rooms, a good kitchen. Good shower area and bathroom. Perfect for a few days visit. Only complaint is that some people at the reception are not the most helpful.

Standard hostel, very cheap thou. Cleaning could be improved. And the kitchen is just a boiler and a sink, which was a disappointment having seen their photos on line. But the stuff is very gentle and helpful. And, although it's far from the city centre, there's a Sbahn station 2 minutes walking away.

Good. Paid 12€/night for one bed in an 8 people room. The staff might seem a little "loud" at the beginning but they are very understanding. Is not loud during the night as the staff keeps control, and during my stay nothing happened to my stuff while I wasn't there during the day. In addition, it has a kitchen where you can cook and store some food on the fridge. There are pans and silverware in there.

Bad location, cold, no elevator with horrible stairs, dirty and really aggressive staff.

You get what you pay for. Enough for a night after getting to Berlin late and leaving early in the morning.

Definitely not worth the money spent, which says a lot considering it's so cheap. Couldn't sleep much as the other people in the room were loud, and kept walking back and forth. Wasn't till around 0200 that it was quiet enough to sleep, and by 5, they were up and talking as if they weren't face to face with another. Considering you're paying to at least be able to sleep, I suggest looking elsewhere. No lockers to lock your belongings away, very limited outlets, and not much going on in location either.
