  Just felt incredibly satisfied with a locksmith for the first time! I didn't come back to my grandmother's apartment because the multi-point lock was jammed. Called, and within half an hour a super friendly and, above all, competent mechanic came, who recognized the problem directly and solved it.

  We accidentally left the key inside on a public holiday and pulled the door shut. In terms of price, we already expected the worst and were therefore pleasantly surprised by the absolutely moderate price. Our request for time was also taken into account and this was met very punctually. The contact on site was very friendly and courteous. I hope, of course, that we should no longer have a need in the future, but if we do, I'll be happy to get back to you.
