  No food for breakfast, drinks only. Hot tea low quality for 4,5 euros. Stuff dont speak english. I cant recommend it, but it is the closest restaurant to the castle.

  This hotel is all about location. It is a fabulous location next to castle. You can avoid the LONG walk UPHILL or the shuttles. Was surprised to not find a check in desk. Just a counter in a hallway between kitchen and restaurant. Had to have a waitress help us check in. Rooms could be cleaner. Well worn furniture. Carpet smells in hallway and rooms were terrible. Had to sleep with all the windows open all night to help air out the smell. Bathrooms are shared which is not bad - separate toilet area and shower area. Rooms have their own sink. A bit icky in the corners of floors and showers. Don't know if there were any employees around during the night. Luckily we did not have any issues to worry about. Great parking for our rental car as well. Food was fine.

  We had the Bavarian sausage with mash potatoes and sauerkraut. Overall it was very good. Cappuccino was also good. Our server was very courteous.

  Good location near the castle. Service is fast and good. Quite typical german kitchen is not bad taking into consideration the location.

  Food is very bland, clearly microwaved, barely warm. Would not recommend eating here, especially for the prices they have. Ordered the pork medallions with the mushroom sauce. Barely edible, toughest medallions I've ever had. No seasoning, cold in the center. Sauce was canned and barely had any taste of anything. AVOID THIS PLACE!!

  Really bad service ,I've never seen a waiter like that!Really rude and bad impression of the German waiter. I really don't know why the restaurant could hire a man like that

  We stayed the night before our visit to the castle. Great decision, as you can really start your day with a good breakfast and then stroll to the castle. No hurrying and stress. Lunch was also good, the options are typical Bavarian food, nothing extravagant. The staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms clean.
