I can't believe how rude the staff are. First, i was only there to supervise my daughtet while she was swimming but was told i still had to pay full price. Fine. Then I get into the pool area and am advised by a male staff member that i can't be near the pool area with my Nike Free Runs on. Struggling to understand what he was saying, he thought that by yelling at me, i would understand him better. Embarrased beyond belief, I take off my shoes and i'm barefoot. I sit down again. 5 mins later a second male staff member comes along and tells me i can only sit indoors if I'm in my bikini otherwise i have to sit outdoors. He at least tries to speak English but is of the same mentality that by yelling i'll understand him better. At this stage, i've had enough but I manage to keep my cool, collect my daughter and simply leave the venue. Shame on the female staff member that stood by and watched this happen. You sold me my ticket knowing i was supervising and never told me about the no shoes and no clothes policy. Judging by other comments, the only people committing any fraud are the staff!!

Worst staff ever. If you don't speak german, definitely don't go there. We had to pay 50 euros of fine because some employee thought we were frauding but since no one was speaking english (what a shame in such a touristic city) we didn't understand correctly how the pass worked. They were the most narrow-minded people I have ever seen. They even called the POLICE ! This is the worst place I've been and worst people I've met in 3 months here.

The Südbad is small but very nice. You can come here during Summer and Winter time since there are three indoor pools (one for kids included), one outdoor pool and another outdoor pool and playground for kids. There's a sauna upstairs as well.
Those who visit just for swimming should come early in the morning or late in the evening since it's quite crowded most days.

Nice bath. Baby, kids, regular and heated outdoor pool. Fair prices, kind staff. Only the hallways around the showers are too cold

Large pool for laps and an outdoor pool. Also has pools for children. Can get quite crowded at times.

Despite the place is nice, they should add a couple of swimming lines. Is necessary to split the people who actually enjoy swimming from the one who are at the swimming pool only for chatting and take a bath with friends.

The water is pretty cold, but good thing is there is barely any kids there, for adults it's good, it is also not crowded. Has also an outside pool with warm water.
No sauna.
