A four-hour tourist pass is awesome! What a diversion! Very swanky. We need some of this in America!

While the facilities are nice and clean, I found the price too high and the service unfriendly. The signage is confusing and I witnessed an old lady being scolded for mistaking the sauna entry (surcharge) for the exit and only after a heated debate she was allowed to leave without paying for it. So much confusion about how the different sections and prices work, but they still blame the visitors for not being able to read. Clearly they need to rethink their signage.

Loved this place, it's even cheaper to go in summer due to the weather around €15 for the day pass

Great spa, would recommend it to anyone. BUT if you are not into crowds and loud spaces this might not be for you or visit when its not peak hour.

The best therme a was to! Beautiful, futuristic, with a lot activities to do. Sauna zone 8€ extra but totaly worth it! Be prepared to be naked. If you not willing to you can use towel around your hips max. (People who are saying it was schoking-probably were never to saunas before). A lot of saunas to choose. Every hour/half an hour aktivities - face/body masks, salt scrubs, oil perfmues! Absolutely loved it! From Salzburg you can buy a ticket for train/bus and 4hours time in therme for 22€, which i found very good offer! As well for people who say it is a bit expensive - probably were never to thermas before. I find it quite cheap for what it offers! I would love to come back!

Very cool place. Very big one. I found it a little bit croudy and loudy. Couldnt use sauna cause they were all naked and for me and my boyfriend that are not used to that was a little bit shocking. The place is a little bit confusing , 3 floors with all activities but not well organized. The best part was the pool with hot water located outside. Beautiful but still too crowdy. Whach out in the various angles of the pool you may find couples kissing and rubbing like never before 😒

Great place and spa for relaxing time! A bit expensive and crowded especially at holidays! Nice for families as well!
