My family love this place. It is not too crowded during the week. But really crowded during the weekend.
It might be a small swimming pool but has everything to make it enjoyable.
I am a regular customer. The pools and the offers themselves are ok but: 1) I think the cleanliness should be improved: the bathrooms smell really bad after the cleaning, because -I think- they do not change or do not wash the rags. 2) nobody check the 1st dressing room. People are often completely naked, even if the sauna has its own changing room and there are close dressing cabins. I think it is unrespectful for someone. 3) the restaurant is really bad: the pasta wasover-overcoocked and insipid; the schnitzel was cold and hard to cut.

Such a great atmosphere with great staff!
Awesome amothsphere with really friendly staff, that's a place to recommend! The whirlpool, indoor & outdoor pools were cool, sauna courses were great (maybe a bit overcrowded), but in general we really had a very good time!
Just a bit more lying chairs to settle would be perfect.
Good Sauna
We have been living in different parts of Germany since 2006. We enjoy German sauna culture and regularly (3-4 times a week) visit a sauna. Rhein Main Therme is the worst experience that we had since we came to Germany. It is very dirty, we have seen used diapers laying around in the changing rooms along with used female hygiene products. We have seen the sauna area been cleaned ONCE in a MONTH time. When we approached staff they all referred us elsewhere, when we finally (after a month) saw the cleaning lady and I pointed out the obvious dirt to her in the showers area, she shrugged her shoulders and told me that she is the only cleaner for the whole Therme and cannot be expected to manage to clean everywhere. The level of chlorine in the water is very high, which causes strong eye irritation. I have again brought this matter up with employees but they did not come up with an explanation. One of the employees at the front desk told me that the water in the whirlpools is regularly tested. We usually stay in sauna for 2 hours daily and I have NEVER seen the water being tested. There is a thick visible build up of dirt under the benches in the sauna changing area and lots of hair laying around all over the place. Therme charges are not the lowest we have paid and it is extremely unpleasant to see the conditions that customers are offered. Very very disappointing experience.
