  Wer es nach dem Film eilig hat, sollte den Garderobenservice nicht nutzen. Die Rückgabe der Jacken kann schon mal länger dauern, wenn viel los ist.

  If it shall be something special.. the atmosphere and all-around-service are really worth a few Euro more, but the service once you seated really takes a looooong time!

  Das Residenz lohnt sich für alle denen guter Service ein paar Euro mehr wert sind. Es gibt eine Garderobe, Begrüßungsgetränk und Service am Sitzplatt. Die Sitze sind gemütlich und alles ist sauber.

  Dieses Premium-Kino ist wirklich den höheren Preis wert: Getränke beim Empfang, eine Garderobe, sehr bequeme Sessel, riesig Platz, kein Popcorn-Geraschel! Und dazu eine große Auswahl an anderen Snacks

  Hier kann man noch entspannt und komfortabel Kino erleben. Viel Platz, keine Idioten, und zum Glück auch kein Popcorn.

  Ganz großes Kino mit Sektempfang, superbequemen Kinosesseln (Beinfreiheit!), exzellentem Service sowie super Akustik und Optik. Ein MUST SEE für alle Kinofans!

  Bestes Kino-Erlebnis in ganz Köln - inkl. Begrüßungsdrink, Garderobenservice und Fusshocker. Sehr zu empfehlen ist auch das Fingerfood, das an den Platz serviert wird.

  Wunderschöne Kino-Oase der Luxusklasse. Essen und Getränke werden an den Sitz geliefert. Sehr gute Bildqualität. Bestes Kino Kölns!
