(even when they have a sign on their wall saying: "we advise you with pleasure") their staff os mostly quite unfriendly or annoyed by your question or overworked - prices can vary a lot depending who of their staff is handling your order

These people are great. I print a lot of brochures etc. and they're always really helpful, professional. They give a fk, seriously. I don't speak any german, but they don't give me any attitude. Occasionally one of the employees is new and a little green, but like I said, they always try. Bang.
