Very friendly people and eager to help.
We enjoyed a perfect holiday (August 2016).
Bautzen is a good place from where Dresden, Poland and Czech Republic are within an hour's driving distance.
The house we rented from Phalish was excellent, lots of room, nice enclosed garden. Also, there were towels and soap in the bathrooms (you don't get that, normally).
For us, this was an A+!

Sehr gute Beratung man nimmt sich richtig viel Zeit für den Kunden. Sogar auf den Preis wird geachtet.
