It was ok. Check in was quick but when we asked about the cot we requested they said it wasn't on the booking. We checked later and it was definitely on our confirmation. We got a cot within a few minutes but there was a bar missing from each side. A potential risk to life for a young baby that could get his/her head stuck in between the bars during the night. The room we stayed in looked NOTHING like the ones they advertised. It looked like a room in my nans house! With the linin and furniture quality to match it! But it served a purpose so can't grumble too much. No kettle or coffee machine in the room. Never in my life have I stayed in a hotel that doesn't offer this basic feature. Made making the babies bottles that much harder. I had to go downstairs to the breakfast buffet to get a pot of hot water and I nearly got charged for it! Also beware, they charge for usage of their car park and for the cot. Strange things to charge for but that's not the annoyance, the annoyance is that you don't know about the charge until it's on your bill. Staff were all very friendly and efficient though. Especially the young lady serving on the bar. Also guest communal areas were of quite high quality giving a good feel straight away to the hotel.

We visited the restaurant to enjoy Easter Brunch on Sunday. The buffet looked amazing, but unfortunately it was just the looks. Most of the foods didn't taste well. They were either too dry or lacked spices. I would expect something more high class from a 32 EUR brunch. The restaurant was also a bit too crowded and we had to wait in a long line to get to the buffet.

The rooms and bathrooms were huge and really clean. Near from the city center. The service was perfect.

Location of the hotel is very good (city centre), rooms are large and comfortable, there is a swimming pool. Breakfast is also quite nice. Overall a good hotel
